Did you swap the fuse card or just the relays? Problem is female socket in card. The EPO switch has been known to go open intermittently, causing shut down or weird codes. Jumper to test or replace the emergency power switch.
Put he truck up on jacks, engage the throttle to run steady. With motor running and wheel spinning, GENTLY wiggle wires at VM, cards, relay board. VM plugs are bad on 7400's for poor connections in plugs. Seen this on brand new trucks as well. After working on these for 10 years, then working on all other brands now, I realize how poorly designed these Raymond 7400's are.
Battery has been changed about 4-5 times and all battery's check good. Contactors check good and u- phase cable was replaced new to the TA.
Thoroughly check your battery.
I checked what you told me and swapped with another lift , lift now stops and shoots code 44. Any help ?
I will keep you posted thank you.
Could that cause a code 44 and 42 and 5Q ?
I have pulled them out and inspected all the joints and reflowed the bad ones I found, new relays and all is well, check the relay sockets as well.
Swapping with another truck will prove if it's the card or not.
How can I go about testing that?
Swap with another lift ?
Check fuse relay card. Solder joint break/relay problems.
