design differences between models

FishMech, do you or anyone else know what the design difference would be between say a Yale MTC13-15 and say a NTA030SB? I'm having no luck on troubleshooting and parts for a NTA030SB, I'm hoping the difference between models won't be significant when it comes to manuals??
