Crown SP3020-30 S/N 1A193673 Travel issues

We have a Crown SP3020 that is having travel issues. The drive wheel barely turns under full throttle and sometimes will not start at all. No codes. I checked the accel voltages at the EV100 ZX board and they are within spec. I also checked all three of the height switches at the distribution board, all were good, I thought maybe one of them could be bad and limiting travel speed. The only codes stored in the system were 208 and 217 both relating to a bad steer motor and steer encoder, both of them have been replaced and seem to be working fine, dash leds and wheel alignment are correct. Unfortunately our service terminal is not working correctly so I can not plug into the system check anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From what you described, might be a bad #1 rectifier.

If the Directional Contactor tips are closing and remain closed, that tells me that the Brake Switch and Directional Switches are working.
If the Drive Tire/ Drive Motor do not turn, when the tips are remaining closed, there might be a problem with the Accelerator Potentiometer.
The Pot itself might be bad. You'll have to make sure that all the wires for the Pot are connected, where they belong, and are supplying volts to the Pot.

If you need more help, let me know.

Thank you popeye for the response. I had already blocked the truck up and checked the brake, it was fine. The motor speed never got to the point that the 1A would come in on its own. I had an idea that it might of been the SCR system that was the issue and had a parts truck here that had all the parts I needed so I pulled the whole assembly and replaced it. That did the trick and all is good now. when I get time I will pull the old SCR system apart and see what component was at fault and post here so if anyone else has this issue, it might be of help.
Thanks again

Make sure the brakes are releasing first. If they are first turn on the truck then jack up and block the power unit try traveling and see if the 1A contactor pulls in which bypasses all the transistors and supplies battery voltage to motor. If it does pull in and speed never goes up then you know its cables or motor if not then you are into the SCR system and a possible card or transistor

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
