It helps to lower your Worker's Compensation claims, days away from work and lost time as well as possible insurance claims.
We have passed on a portion of health care costs to the employees. We have been doing that for the past several years. As far as workers comp, we recently joined a captive insurance group to help level our annual premiums and mitigate the rising premiums we were facing in the commerical market.
