code trouble shoot -54

I got a Stand up Clark. 36v. I got a code -54 and no drive forward or reverse. I got a feeling its a contactor cause it jumps when I apply manually. But i need to find out more on this code -54. can anyone help me please. the motor will come on intermit while on accelerator pedal. but no movement.

-54 is for a shorted coil driver in the control card.....the control card...I take it is an ev100LX???.....it needs replaced or rebuilt Flight systems in Carlisle/Mechanicsburg Pa can do this.....
