Check battery voltage...Phantom codes will appear with low voltage...normally c codes are for contactors but try another battery if you have another machine with the same style battery and connector
i have looked no c9-1 code is listed are you sure thats the code or correct model?
I have info for the 8FBN30 for you, but c9-1 is not listed in my manual.
