code c43

Hello All,
really need help with the code in subject. the error states transistor regulator thermal cut back. The transistor was replaced but could not fix the issue. All connections were inspected and all were in good state.

check motor windings going to ground use a good multimeter also contactor burns as well as potentiometer settings
