no problemo brewcrew
glad i could assist
good job
found broken wire going to the auxiliary , thanks for all the info Jplayer
ok if the broken wire is not in the mast harness then check the other areas up to the manifold block. There is a short harness going from the connector at the base of the carriage upto the manifold block (solenoid block). Even check the solenoid wiring. There is a break somewhere in there.
You may also want to check the fuse on the sicos controller and the wiring at the control handle. There is an open circuit somewhere in that circuit.
i would even check the harness going from the main manifold block out to the auxiliary solenoids in the front of the pantograph, it is a prime target for getting cut or smashed.
no luck, i checked both harness several times and all is good. What else could cause this.
Alarm 57 on Mod #1 indicates a broken mast wire detected.
the wire that runs through the middle of the dual hyd hoses running through the mast is where the problem is.
Start at the beginning where the connector is inside the hood and goto the connector at the base of the carriage, ohm out that section, if no problem found there then start at that connector at the base of the carriage and ohm out the harness going to the manifold (solenoid block) on the top of the carriage.
you will most likely find a broken or cut wire somewhere in that area. if the harness is not fastened down correctly it can get in the way and get cut or rubbed and damage wires. If by chance you find a broken wire inside the long section running through the mast you will have to replace the harness in the mast, you cannot repair those wires without pulling the harness out of the sheath its held in, if your going that far you might as well get a new harness assy.
