I have a truck SP 3500 pulling up the code 425 when slightly movings in FF direction, checked the manual and ran everything it stated. POT is good. Voltage is as stated in manual. Last thing i did was the Handle Calibration.

any one else try or find something else other than this to fix this issue? much appreciated.

Yes it was an issue only in one direction. I looked at the switch as u stated, and notice the throttle wasn't engaging the switch once it was being put in reverse. I noticed the throttle was a bit worn so I adjusted the the screw on the switch to engage better.
thank you for the response !

From my experience with the Crown SP's we have found issues with the small directional switches. Look real close at the terminals on the switches for discoloration. Meaning high resistance. You can also run a resistance test on them with a good meter. As I understand you are having issues with on one direction correct ??
