BT Prime-mover SXM 45:
Code 142

I have a Prime Mover SMX45 serial number SMX4536107002 that immediately codes out with code 142 whenever either direction of travel is chosen. Any ideas what this code means? All other functions work until travel is selected, then all functions are disabled.
