Have a Raymond 540-OPC30TT that is coding 10 on key up. Can't find any info on it. Can anyone help please?

After further inspection, Found the VM to be bad.

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
