CO 09024

This Electric pallet jack was showing Code CO 09024 this morning and is dead in the water. it has no lift or travel, I wanted to know if someone could tell me what the code was. I checked all basics and did not find any blown fuses or unplugged connections. the battery was only at 25.5v which should at lease be enough power to move it and lift. thank you in advance.
