Well i thought i'd ever see myself asking but.....

i was wondering if anyone has any information on this truck
EP3500 Serial FN414xxx serial number range, looking for something such as a service manual or any info regarding the electrical controls.
I have a truck with wandering steering and it is shutting drive down with warning light(the operator cannot tell me the code displayed), the key has to be cycled and it seems the steering has to be corrected back to straight ahead before the code clears itself and drive is resumed till the next time it sees a problem and shuts off. The problem is intermittent so all i have to go on is my observance and what the operator tells me is happening, I have not seen it happen yet other than the steering wheels moving while sitting still and the they will seem to self correct themselves.
I'm thinking this may have something to do with the steering being that its electronic over hydraulic seeing a glitch in the steering and causing the truck shutting down but without having any information on this truck i'm kind of stumped. Cant get at the codes either, dont know the access through the dash and dont have the judit software to get in with.
