Discussion:
Cannot calibrate BDI

I have a pe4500. The bdi. Shows 30-40% max with full charge of good battery (tested with other units.and tried other batteries in this unit.). I have tried setting the P4,5,6 settings to match other units, and setting to values in book. Bdi does not change and unit goes into lockout prematurely. Any help would be great.

What do you see on A3.2.2 and A3.2.3. this what the access 3 sees as battery voltage and what it sends as BDI %. See if voltage matches what you see when checking battery with meter.
