bt rolatruc e 125 fault code

hi i have a bt rolatruc (reach truck)year 2001, when driving forward or reverse it suddenly stops and dissplays fault code e 125, every thing seams to work ok, but it is doing it every 2 or 3 minuits, dose any one know what this code is, many thanks jim

That is correct but I don't now, you can buy new brushes !!!!!
I did always replace the Cpl generator normaly after A wile the problem come's back.
But do good look after the wiring of the tacho !!

hi thanks for your reply, i spoke to a guy today, and he said there are some brushes in the steering generator, is this correct and can they changed.

You have problems with your steering generator Look first the wiring from generator to your A 5 Card
Look after wiring 62 and 63 On A5 Card you will see numbers and leds Connector numbers 701 and 702 on print when you steering you will see that the leds on that position go on and out.
The 48 Volt for steering is 1001 Cable number 25

But mostly always the tachogenerator is not good you must replace it You can open it and cleaning it but the fault will come back soon.
