BT Rolatruc 1200

Help, I recently brought a BT Roltruc 1200 all was working fine. until last week when it suddenly stopped, the batteries are fully charged. It will still lift and the hooter works but will not move forwards and backwards when using the red or black buttons. I have checked what fuses I can see and all seem ok, I had someone check the switch and he thinks this is ok. Can any one please HELP, it not it will be on Ebay within the week Thanks for taking time on this. Regards Andy
