You got the electric parking brake switch on the right near the hydraulic levers?
If it is then I do know the E stop is wired in so if its activated / goes faulty the parking brake is applied automatically BUT the warning light for the parking brake on the instrument cluster doesnt come on, been caught out by that quirk before.
