Broken roller in mast

Any suggestions how to remove a broken roller in the mast? It wedges in and pulls up the next rail out of sequence. It pulled the wire and hoses apart.

Ouch, Yes these are tricky. First think SAFETY. magnets or thin shims to pull/lift out. Watch your fingers and hands BE SAFE
