Hi there
We have a mid 90's boss electric truck, with a Bosch LT200 traction controller and a Bosch LT200 Hydraulic controller, single drive truck.
We have a problem where the lift motor works, but the valves do not open. We have powered up the valves externally with a supply and they work. The common feed negative is present, but by looking at it the positive supply, which looks like it should come from the Joystick (hydraulics, direction and horn function) is not present.
Can anyone shed some light or perhaps provide a wiring diagram which shows the valve connection wiring please?
Unfortunately there is no plate on the truck so dont know the model serial.

Just an Update
We found that the 24 voltage regulators at the front of the truck had lost a positive supply to them which in turn must power up the valve blocks. Now its kind of working, just lift, but when you press the side shift it lowers instead.
Looks like possible a joystick, will get chance to check Monday as we should have access to another Joystick.
Thanks for the advice.
If anyone can get me a wiring diagram it would be great. As I have traced the wires through a continuity test from the valves to the joystick. It looks like the Joystick switches the 12 or 24v supply to the valves, but I wanted to be sure.
Regards
Pretty Urgent as it would be nice to get out the way before the holidays :)
If its a single rear drive truck it will be a JE and depending on what capacity it will be a 10/13/16, joysticks on these were crap (& an arm & a leg to buy) and forever going wrong. I will have a look and see if I have a wiring diagram tomorrow.
It is interested truck,I was so some of them and I know that Bosh LT 200 controller is hard for work. Can you find wiring where goes from controller?I have somewhere that wiring for them but I cant find him right now but I will and I will send you.How is urgent?
