Discussion:
BDI not accurate

Hello
I have a 8210 and batteries are less than
6 months old
Load tested good/connection good/all about 6.4 bolts per battery!
BDI doesn't go past 75%!
Charger good also!
Anyone know how to calibrate BDI
Don't see a curtis plug to plug my handset in
Thank you!

The BDI will not rest to 100% unless discharged below 75%. The batteries will charge but the indicator will not reset. That parameter can be changed with a service key the Raymond dealer should have.
