I am hearing a lot of talk that Nacco is looking to go with single dealers similar to MCFA's 2B1C.

some large companies will only deal with national service companies, you will find smaller local companies will stay local they are the one's who will get the betyer service

just goes to show that the end users get better service from local suppliers with the personal touch rather than talking to a machine.best price is not always best policy.
why would toyota and linde benefit from fed up customers when they are national aswel?

heck we have noticed on this side of the pond, the Govco has given up on such worries, no merger has been turned down or held up because of the market share in over 8 years...
are you sure the Govco over there (where you are) is/are still looking at such things?
Over here they take 2 failing companies and decide they are "to big to fail" so they decide a winner and give the lesser of the "to big to fail" companies (that -are- failing) a wad of money to go play on their yachts, making an even bigger company that is also to big to fail..

A merger of this size would be blocked by the goverment these two companies will just either shrink
in size or one will shut as their parent companies carnt afford million pound losses for long next years profit and loss will be the big piont for both companies Like forkinhell said customers wont be happy and the only people that will benifit will be Linde and Toyota

Some more folks let go in the Florida division, rumor has it that they are going to start putting people on "furlow" (I think I spelled that right). Paying their insurance, but no wages, sending them to collect unemployment.
