Hi Everyone, i have a raymond reachtruck a 7400 series acr and FA model. The problem was when the operator use the lift function the reach cylinder goes forward. We already replace the control handle. When we replace the new handle the situation goes bad because when using the reach function the lift cylinder triggered. I am wondering and confuse right now. I need a help here mates suggestions, hints to repair this kind of troubleshooting.
Thanks in advance and more power to you guys

thanks for the info guys i will check the unit later.....let you know what happened..
You have unrequested lift. Common to 7400 models. You need to replace the SOL3 valve. It also can affect the maximum lift when picking up a big load, the lift is very weak. The sol is easy to replace. Its right beside the prop valve with a large lock nut. replace the SOL3 valve but do not over tighten the lock nut. You may have to adjust the Prop valve after. Do the free lift cyls bang hard when collapsing the last 2 inches....if so, the cushions are shot and there will be debris going into the manifold.
Did you Calibrate the new handle?
