Crown SC3200

order picker accelerates ok until you release the handle and try to accelerate again quickly ---drive will not reengage quickly ---big pause and then it picks up ---forward and reverse the same ---tested pot and found ok.

Stockpicker (SP) or Sitdown Counterbalance (SC)? Sounds like the controlled acceleration setting might have been altered, will require the correct handset to change it, call Crown.

sounds to me like a software problem
what happens when you try to plug and then reenguage same direction?
you may want to check and see if there is an update for it
(will require crown to do the update)
