8fgcu25 tilt solenoids open at same time.

Toyota 8FGCU25

Tilting back or forward both solenoids are working at the same time so neither function works. Any help? Previous to this the machine was tilting by itself.

serial #, fingertip controlled? upgraded display or standard?
