8400 error code 202

I have a truck that randomly throws an e 202. Sometimes as soon as it keys on. Other times after it sits keyed on for 20-30min. Battery does not drop below 23v per dvom. I know its got something to do with the traction control or ecr. Looking for some common places to look before ruling out parts.

traction amp current sensor code...
23 volt drop...you tested with Fluke meter on MIN/Max ??
May drop to 17 volts for a milli second...need min/max setting to test or you wont see squat
otherwise it is not a valid test
Load test battery...is it always the same bat?
If so test it when low, bad battery shows up better
watch volts as you lift and acell at same time
check connections at motor and Amp...any signs of heat or discoloration warrant a cable change
Check fuses, they get weak, burned. voltage drop accross fuse will test
no more than.5 volts
other than that its a VM
