Ewaste World Conference & Expo 2022 E-Waste World Conference & Expo is returning to Frankfurt Messe in November 2022 as Europe's largest international trade fair for the collection, sorting, processing, and reduction of all forms of electrical waste. WEEE and electrical waste is the world's fastest growing waste stream and as we accelerate towards a world filled with more consumer electronics, the rise of electric vehicles, and the continued trend towards green energy that trend is set to grow. This year's event will showcase more 80 exhibitors in the free-to-attend exhibition and more than 140 expert speakers from around the world will take part in the expert conference sessions with over 1,500 participants expected to take part at this year's fair.

Main topics discussed include, recycling technologies, materials recovery solutions, green electronics, sustainable materials, non-toxic substitutes, and end-of-life strategies, as well as regulatory and business models to help reduce the environmental impact of all forms of consumer and industrial E-Waste. We will once again focus on those streams on the horizon, including lithium-ion batteries from e-mobility transportation, PV panels, wearables, IoT, 5G and much more. And new to the conference this year will be a dedicated fourth track on 'E-Reuse'.

Now in it's third year this year's event will bring together many more - and crucially different - globally renowned experts from consumer and industrial electronics manufacturers and suppliers, E-Waste recyclers and waste management companies, recycling technology manufacturers, electric vehicle battery makers and their value chain suppliers, critical raw materials experts, precious metal recovery experts, sustainable materials and chemicals suppliers, ITAD, science and academia, policy-makers, NGOs, research institutions and consultants.

Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
