MultiModal 2010

United Kingdom, Birmingham - 27th to 29th April 2010
MULTIMODAL - the only UK trade exhibition that showcases all key sectors of the transport, logistics and supply chain industries under a single roof - is attracting increasing numbers of service providers to this year's event, which will be held at Birmingham's NEC from April 27-29 and promises a vibrant exhibition with a record number of participants.

Multimodal has gone from strength to strength, with visitor registrations for Multimodal 2010 - the event's third successive year - already up by 26% on last year.

An impressive 24% of exhibitors will use the event to set out their services for the first time this year and there is 18% overall growth year-on-year as the transport and logistics sector prepares to present its skills and services to a post-recession audience of users drawn from strategic management in manufacturing, retail and other commercial sectors.

To meet demand, the NEC's Hall 4 has been selected to stage the exhibition, which has earned itself an integral place in the calendar of shipper, freight, logistics and supply chain professionals.

Among new exhibitors for 2010 are Freightliner, The Woodland Group, Corporate Solutions Logistics, Barloworld, ABP, Air Menzies, OOCL Logistics, COSCON UK, Invest Thames Gateway, Huelin-Renouf, Fallow Freight, GEFCO, The Transport Exchange, Aztek, UbiFrance, Cronos, E.H. Nicholls and The Haven Gateway Partnership.

Returning exhibitors include Allport, Mann Lines, Russell, Port of Tyne, Potter Group, ECS, Hutchison Ports, Dachser, Autostore, Grimsby & Immingham, Peel Ports, Zim, First GB, Malcolm Group, DSV, bmi, Tenens, Samskip, Finnlines, Seafast, PD Ports, Transfennica, The Bristol Port Company, Ewals Cargo Care, Seabridge, DB Schenker, Road Tech and the TT Club.
