The Port of Tallinn is the biggest port authority in Estonia, which operates as an intermodal hub, handling passengers as well as multiple types of cargo.

An umbrella organisation, Port of Tallinn consists of Old City Harbour, Muuga Harbour, Paldiski South Harbour, Paljassaare Harbour and Saaremaa Harbour. On average, these ports welcome 7000 ship calls annually of which 2000 are cargo vessels (bulkers, container ships, tankers, ro-ro vessels) and SOOD ferries and cruise liners.
