Cargo handling association ICHCA South Australia has confirmed Justin Ross, director, strategy, policy and analytics in the Department for Trade and Investment, as its guest speaker for the second business luncheon for 2021.

The event will held at the Lakes Resort Hotel on 15 July.

Ross was appointed to his role in April 2019 and is leading DTI's efforts to develop and implement the government's Growth State Plan which aims to grow the economy by 3%.

He is an experienced government leader who has specialised in developing and implementing growth policies and programs across industry portfolios at both State and Commonwealth Government levels.

Ross will present on "Trade in difficult times - COVID and China Relationship impacts" at an event open to members and non-members alike.
