The Safe Work Australia website has many SafeTea resourcesSafe Work Australia has called on workplaces to begin preparing a SafeTea event for National Safe Work Month this October.
The statutory agency has prepared a slew of resources to help workplaces host a SafeTea event, where workplace teams have a chat about workplace health and safety over a cuppa.
Safe Work Australia says a SafeTea event doesn’t even have to involve tea.
“All you need is yourself, a few colleagues and a drink of your choice,” the agency says.
The ShareTea resources available on the Safe Work Australia website include chat checklists, posters, video call backgrounds, discussion dice and trivia.
The weekly topics for this year’s National Safe Work Month are:
- Week 1: Work health and safety fundamentals
- Week 2: Psychosocial hazards
- Week 3: Risk management fundamentals
- Week 4: Musculoskeletal injuries.
