US-based compact, heavy duty electric and internal combustion forklift manufacturer Hoist Liftruck Manufacturing Inc has released the Neptune Series marina truck.

The Neptune Series internal combustion pneumatic tyre forklift is designed specifically to address the needs of marina owners and operators. It has features like a robust negative drop mast, a wide-pivot fork swing carriage and "unmatched visibility", a Hoist statement said.

Hoist president Marty Flaska said the company was continually seeking new niches that allowed it to draw on its experience in the heavy lift truck industry.

"With larger internal combustion heavy duty lifts already serving the steel, lumber and concrete industries, we feel offering a marine lift is a natural extension of this existing product line," he said.
