Sacramento firefighters rushed to a shipping yard to clean up a hazardous materials spill early on Thursday morning last week.

The KCRA Channel.com reported crews were called to 52nd Street after a forklift punctured a container filled with phosphoric acid.

Firefighters said the container held 250 gallons of acid that could irritate or burn the skin.

The acid can be deadly if inhaled or ingested in large doses.
