Ever feel weighed down by all the information and seriousness thrown at you at the moment?

Of course, in the midst of a pandemic the news media plays a vital role in keeping us informed of the relentlessly shifting world around us, and Forkliftaction is certainly trying to do its part, telling you how COVID-19 is affecting your industry. But that said - It's a lot.

When things get dark, maybe it's natural to want to let in a little light every once and a while.

You may have noticed we have been running some forklift challenges over the past weeks. There was the list the forklifts in order one, the Name that forklift one and then we got a little creative, with a horror themed challenge (yeah, maybe we went a little over the top, we blame too much Netflix).

We started running these challenges as an attempt to inject a little fun and silliness into a challenging time, while celebrating what has brought us together as a community in the first place.

As we see the rapid acceleration of the rising AGV market (our current feature reports on how COVID-19 is propelling this trend even faster than before) it's nice to go back to our roots and feature the forklift truck in all its glory.

And as a side benefit, our forklift challenges are helping us get to know our readers a little better. We've always said that our readers know their forklifts (after all 33% of them are forklift dealers) it is evident that Forkliftaction readers hold a rich breadth of knowledge about the little machines that can.
