Nevada OSHA investigates forklift death

Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating after a forklift driver died.

The incident, which occurred at a warehouse, involved the accidental flipping of a forklift.

OSHA investigators have visited the site to determine what went wrong.

Clark County Coroner’s Office is yet to release the identity of the victim and details of the death.

Transportation and warehousing accounted for more than a quarter of Nevada’s workplace fatalities in 2020, according to the latest OSHA statistics.
