The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA) has named its Most Valuable Partner and Most Valuable Supplier Award recipients for 2025.

MHEDA says the awards “recognise companies in the material handling sector that demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence, professionalism, and customer service”.

“The MVP Award is presented to distributors who have shown an unwavering dedication to their employees, customers, and suppliers, as well as a commitment to business best practices,” the US industry organisation states.

“The MVS Award honours suppliers who provide outstanding value to their distributor network, setting benchmarks for innovation, quality, and service.”

MHEDA chief executive officer Jeannette Walker says of the awards: “This year’s MVP and MVS winners exemplify the highest standards of professionalism and industry leadership”.

“These companies have demonstrated excellence across key performance areas, including customer engagement, industry advocacy, and business ethics,” Walker adds.

Companies are only eligible for the awards after undergoing a rigorous evaluation process to ensure they meet or exceed criteria in areas such as industry involvement, employee development, safety, and operational effectiveness.

“The 2025 winners join an elite group of organisations committed to continuous improvement and industry leadership,” MHEDA states.

Among those to receive the Most Valuable Partner award were a number of recipients who have received 15 MHEDA awards in the past. These include AK Material Handling Systems, Gregory Poole Lift Systems, Maybury Material Handling and Riekes Equipment Company.

There were a number of organisations which named among the Most Valuable Supplier award recipient who have received 10 MHEDA awards. These include Cascade Corporation, Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products, LLC, East Penn Manufacturing Co, Morse Manufacturing Company, Nashville Wire Products, Steel King Industries, Thombert, TVH  and UNEX Manufacturing.
