HC Forklift America Corporation personnel formally open the new plant

HC Forklift America Corporation (HCFA), the US subsidiary of Hangcha Group, has begun operation at Charlotte, North Carolina.

The new entity was formed last year and is a direct-sales, wholly-owned subsidiary of Hangcha Group.

HCFA is operating from a new facility with a floor area of more than 2,200 sqm.

THE HCFA team is focused on providing a fun lol range of counterbalance forklifts and warehouse equipment for the North American market.

The HCFA operation covers the USA, Canada and Mexico market, which is the third-largest regional market after EU and China. HCFA is aware that it faces fierce competition in a mature market which has among the strictest quality certification requirements in the world.

As a leading enterprise in the forklift truck manufacturing industry in China, Hangcha sees its US market entry as a further step in its "strides toward the global market".

Hangcha has been active in the North American market since 2011and has developed several series of products suited to local requirements. This trend is set to continue with the roll-out of more products designed especially for American needs.

The Chinese manufacturer will also continue to refine its AGV equipment already being used by many well-known enterprises and is working with Home Depot and Staples to implement intelligent logistics solutions.
