Australian owned and operated Clark Equipment has released its new S35D “Ironbark” forklift, increasing the capacity of this range of diesel forklifts to 3.5 t.

It is powered by a Yanmar diesel engine, the same trusted engine found in the Ford GTS series.

The Ironbark includes hood-mounted levers, an interactive smart five-inch LCD dash, transmission protection management and an automatically applied parking brake.

Additional safety features include a load weight scale, LED lights, speed limit control, back-up alarm and a high vis seatbelt.

Clark says a split transmission reduces the vibrations in the driver’s compartment for smoother driving.

Clark’s S-Series is now available with diesel or LPG engines and pneumatic or super elastic tyres with 2,000kg, 2,500kg, 3,000kg and 3,00kg capacities.

Clark Equipment employs more than 450 staff and operates out of 20 locations across Australia and New Zealand.
