Yale MRW020SCN12TS083 Walkie Stacker
I went to move our walkie stacker this morning and it has no power at all. If I pickup the drive end with a forklift it rotates but very slowly. It had been sitting so I figured it was the battery but it show 12.6 V and passes load testing. I Checked the brushes and they look good. Any suggestions on what to check next? The lift tilt and reach all work fine but appear to be separate from the drive motor.
Drive motor is a 7220880-10 Type B2
Drive Controller is a Curtis PMC 1204X-1204

Spece,

The battery voltage to operate the lift should be reading 13.5 to 14.5. If you are showing 12.6 volts at the battery, it is almost dead. Any electric lift that states it operates on a certain voltage; the battery is dead when it drops to that voltage. The lift may still function but operating it on lower voltage will heat up the system and cause damage over time. Should you charge the battery, and the lift stills moves slow, you may need to have the throttle calibrated. Good Luck.

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.

Fact of the week
The now-ubiquitous 'Keep Calm and Carry On' phrase was coined by the British government in 1939 to encourage its citizens to stay strong. Posters with the slogan were printed but never officially issued and only unearthed in 2000.
