lift goes up fine but goes down veryvery SLOW!

binging linkage in lift mechanism
defective cylinder
lowering valve faulty

first thing i would try is greasing the lift linkage, bellcrank, riser feet joints, etc, anywhere you can find a grease zerk on the lift linkage.

go from there
