Very Slow Travel

Travels very slow in forward and reverse almost as if battery is run down but is not. Pressing rabbit kicks it in to high speed.

Check the brakes. Make sure they are not dragging. Also what drive control system does the unit have,resistor,Sevcon,or Curtis? Do es the unit have coast control?
