The forklift was error code a1-6, a1-5 and 67-1

near the levers / rods that move when you pull the lift handle. if you remove the plastic covers on the right side you can see them. there may be a second on on the rod behind the toe board that works on the lift lever if the unit has chopper option.

Where is a6-1 switch located.

it might be that you have the numbers transposed and if so A5-1 is a jumped seat switch. A6-1 is a lift switch on when battery was plugged in. if it is A6-1 the unit will noit lift untill its repaired.
