Discussion:
Yale ERC040

I have a Yale forklift Model ERC040BCN36SE084EE S/N K565450 that has been giving me fits, It has the LXCD1 HX card in it, and after programing the card with the LX Handset, I have to press the pedal to continue to have the power steering or the motor shuts down. The handset is kicking out a -93 and a -95 code that are supposedly defined by the truck manufacturer, any ideas? If i switch to a TX control card with the same parameters as my other lifts it corrects the problem but double trips the forward and reverse contactors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
Keith

That's the standard configuration,for function 17.

Now,function 18 is the Power Steering Time Delay. If this is set from 0 to128,then the P/S will pickup on the seat switch closure, and will time out when the seat switch opens.

If function 18 is set between 129 to 255,the P/S will pickup on directional switch closure, and will time out when either directional switch opens.
