Hard Steering

I Have A Catapillar TH82 Telehandler In my fleet, Thats Giving Me Steerig Problem Fits, Can Anyone Help Me Please. The problem started intermediateiy, You could be driving along and the steering would get real hard to turn, then get easy again, Now it is hard to turn all the time, I was wandering if any other techs have had this or a simlar problem. Thanks David
