no back up alarm

have easireach model Easi-r30tt
and no back up alarm
back up ok
fuse ok
wire ok
i need know if i can activate back up alarm in superword mode.
help!

check your settings I have ran into that problem before and sometimes is turned off on the settings, just logging with superword.
