Clark CGP25:
internal oil leak

We have this truck with a Mitsubishi engine that leaks anti-freeze into the oil pan. The head has been removed magna-fluxed and pressure tested. Reassembled and sent back, after 6 months it has anti-freeze in the oil again. Does this engine have wet cylinder sleeves? Is there another possibility for this problem?
