Discussion:
7FB25 Fault Codes

Hello, Please can someone help, I have a Toyota electric forklift 7FB25 and it will not work.

The fault code that comes up is 64-1 CB-1 FE-1

I have load tested the batteries and they seem ok but the power meter is showing they need charged. The specific gravity test shows that it is "fair" The batteries previouslt were run dry about 6 months ago i have continusly added distilled water.

Do you think its an electricial fault or the battery fault?

Thanks very much for any help

The problems of your cart are definitely caused by a loss of battery voltage on the frame, caused by the battery or the engine power steering.
64-1: solenoid lift
CB-1: MD board failure
FE-1: failure board power steering (SCPU)
If you need more details ask.
