Electric Forklift 2.5 Ton, Curtis Controller 1234 & 1236

hi why my FL wont start, ive checked the battery is full, the voltage input is OK, The Contactor not showing any welded or burnt, TheController not having burnt problem, wire that connecting contactor and controller is OK, hope some one can help me out.
