Hyster S50XL:
Hydraulic fluid spec?

Checked the dipstick on the S50XL under the right side of the seat and it is way low- what spec of fluid do I need to fill it up?

ISO32 or ISO46. Either one will work. You can also use SAE10W motor oil.
