movement problem

pls I need to know the meanings of this error codes ,e5.01,12.00,51.01,21.01
the codes are showing on the a.p.c 216 transmission controller

"Remove the coils and ohm out the pins. Coils take a different number than regular 4y plugs... If code is there then it is an ecu issue."
