No code starts up fine centers wheel no steering control check home sensor and steer encoder by turn handle and motor all check out correct steer control card lokks correct checked connection everything tight. Once again no code anyone come across this problem?

The truck does pass start up. i just found the steering diagnostic in the book i will run next week it just does not make sense there is no code thrown everything works except steering.

Does it pass the self check at start up or do you just have no steering?
Have you run the steering encoder diagnostic?
